It is important for us to share God’s love, and we do that by serving our community. We try to have one service opportunity each month. Check out our schedule:
| January Senior Lunch - We would like to take this opportunity to serve those who, for so long, have served us. We’ll have Bingo as part of the festivities! |
July Habitat for Humanity - It’s been a few years since we have served with Habitat, and there’s been lots of change in Harford Co. So we’re excited to jump back in! |
| February Kits led by the Women’s Group - This year we’re doing Baby Kits, aka: layettes. There is a sign-up to provide supplies in the narthex. |
August School Supply Drive - This is something we do every year for Deerfield and Edgewood Elementaries. It is a great way to support the kids of our community. |
| March Sharing Table - This is our first 2012 date - March 17th. We welcome cooks and servers. Check out the Sharing Table page for more information. |
September Clothing Drive for New Hope - The clothes will be donated to a ministry that serves the homeless population near Edgewood Park at the end of Watergate Court. |
| April ServeFest - Every year Harford County churches work together to serve our community. This year we’ll be participating in the day of service on April 27th. |
October Fall Fest Service - All of Lord of Life is pitching in to make this community event possible, and Social Ministry is doing its part, probably by providing bags of food. |
| May Relay for Life - Our regular May project, Relay for Life, is on June 14th this year! Last year we had a great team of 20+ people, walking through the night. And it all supports the American Cancer Society. |
November Seafarer Kits by the Women’s Group - We do this every year mostly because we are always told how needed they are, and that there are so many to be served. |

December Sharing Table & Christmas Families - Christmas Families is a project where we provide presents for about 10 kids and Christmas dinner for their families. |
